Privacy policy

1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected through this website is Ekspert AI (Polish tax ID / NIP 5621812487). For data protection matters you can contact us at kontakt@ekspertai.com.pl.
2. What data we collect and why
- Early-access sign-up — your email address, so we can let you know when the AI Agent Generator becomes available. Legal basis: your consent.
- “Copilot in Practice” newsletter — your email address, so we can send you a monthly roundup of what’s new in Microsoft AI. Sign-up must be confirmed by clicking a link in an email (double opt-in). Legal basis: your consent.
- Contact form — your name, company name, email address and the content of your message, so we can answer your question about an implementation, training or audit. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
- Visit statistics — data about how the site is used, collected through Google Analytics 4, only after you give consent in the cookie banner (see section 6). Legal basis: your consent.
3. How long we keep the data
Email addresses from early-access sign-ups are kept until the product launches and the announced message has been sent. If you withdraw your consent earlier, we delete the data without undue delay. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe (every issue has an unsubscribe link) or withdraw consent by email. Data from contact enquiries is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and then for up to 3 years (the limitation period for any claims), unless the law requires a longer period.
4. Who we share the data with
The data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It is processed on our behalf by the technical providers who operate the site: Vercel Inc. (hosting) FormSubmit (form delivery) and Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) (newsletter delivery) — only to the extent needed to provide these services. Privacy policies of these providers: Vercel, FormSubmit, Brevo.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl), the Polish supervisory authority.
6. Cookies and analytics
For statistical purposes we use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Limited). The tool stores cookies on your device and collects data about how the site is used: the pages you visit, the source of your visit, your approximate location (at city level), and your device and browser type. This data helps us judge which content is useful and improve the site.
Separately, we use Umami — a statistics tool we host ourselves (data is not shared with a third-party analytics company). Umami does not use cookies and stores nothing on your device; it counts page views, the source of your visit, device and browser type, country, and clicks on purchase buttons. It does not store your full IP address or any data that identifies you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (judging which content and offers are useful).
Analytics starts only after you give your consent in the banner shown on your first visit. Until consent is given, no analytics cookies are stored. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.
Apart from that, the site uses only data that is technically necessary for it to work, which does not require consent.
Google may also process the collected data outside the European Economic Area. You can find the details in the Google privacy policy.
We keep data in Google Analytics for the period set in that tool's configuration (14 months by default), no longer than needed for statistical purposes.
