Privacy policy

Draft — 29 August 2026. English translation of the Polish policy; both versions are awaiting Andrzej Bereźnicki's approval before the site goes live. If the two versions differ, the Polish text prevails. This is not legal advice.

1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected through this website is Andrzej Bereźnicki, trading as Ekspert AI.

To be completed by Andrzej before publication: full business registration details (name, tax ID / NIP, registered address).

2. What data we collect and why

The contact form is not live on the site yet (task EAI-7) — this point describes the intended scope of data once the form is built.

3. How long we keep the data

Email addresses from early-access sign-ups are kept until the product launches and the announced message has been sent. If you withdraw your consent earlier, we delete the data without undue delay. Data from contact enquiries is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and then for up to 3 years (the limitation period for any claims), unless the law requires a longer period.

4. Who we share the data with

The data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by technical providers who operate the site on our behalf (e.g. hosting, the service handling the sign-up form) — solely on the basis of a data processing agreement.

To be completed once the sign-up form provider (task EAI-6) and the hosting provider (task EAI-9) are chosen: provider name and a link to its privacy policy.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl), the Polish supervisory authority.

6. Cookies and analytics

For statistical purposes we use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Limited). The tool stores cookies on your device and collects data about how the site is used: the pages you visit, the source of your visit, your approximate location (at city level), and your device and browser type. This data helps us judge which content is useful and improve the site.

Analytics starts only after you give your consent in the banner shown on your first visit. Until consent is given, no analytics cookies are stored. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.

Apart from that, the site uses only data that is technically necessary for it to work, which does not require consent.

Google may also process the collected data outside the European Economic Area. You can find the details in the Google privacy policy.

To be reviewed by Andrzej before publication (EAI-20): confirm the tool (Google Analytics 4), the data retention period set in the GA panel (2 or 14 months by default), and the region / IP anonymisation settings.

7. Contact about personal data

For matters concerning your personal data you can contact us at the email address that will appear here once the domain is purchased (task EAI-2).

To be completed by Andrzej: the final email address for personal data matters.

8. Changes to this policy

As the site develops — for example after the contact form goes live or a sign-up form provider is chosen — this policy will be updated. The current version is always available at this address.
