    Five areas, one score, one priority list.

    How is this different from the free Microsoft Assessment? Microsoft offers free tools (Automated Readiness Assessment, Copilot Dashboard in Viva Insights) that show raw data. We show you what to do with that data: priorities, remediation order and a concrete roadmap tailored to your situation — not a table of numbers to interpret on your own.

    For the full diagnosis we only need read access to your M365 tenant.

    • A read-only account for us — you create it, hand it over and delete it after the diagnosis.
    • You run our script yourselves (default option) — nothing leaves your company except the output file. No outsider gets access.
    • A joint live session (30–45 min) — you see every step.

    In every option: we sign a data processing agreement (DPA), delete scan data after an agreed period and write nothing to your tenant.

    Not for the free mini-scan — it's just a questionnaire. For the full diagnosis, yes, but read-only, with three options to choose from (see "Access security"), always under a signed data processing agreement.

    How is this different from the free Microsoft Assessment?

    Microsoft gives you raw data. We give you interpretation, priorities and a remediation plan tailored to your organisation.

    How much does it cost?

    Mini-scan — PLN 0. Full diagnosis — PLN 2,990 gross (VAT incl.), one-off. Adoption Monitor — PLN 490 gross per month, optional after the diagnosis.

    What if we don't have Copilot licences yet?

    The mini-scan and diagnosis make sense before you buy, too — they show what to fix before you start paying for seats that won't be used safely anyway.
