No. The Free plan has no expiry — use it as long as you like. You only buy a paid plan when you need more templates, agents or integrations.
Not for the wizard and templates themselves. To run the agent you build in production you need Microsoft licences (Copilot Studio / Power Automate / Microsoft Foundry) — we pick them so you don't pay for anything you don't need.
You go back to the Free plan. Agents you've already built and exported stay with you — they keep running in your Microsoft environment.
